Compensation

  • $60,000 to $80,000 annual total compensation (base + commission), based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

As our Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory and drive sales growth through face-to-face relationship building, project site visits, and proactive communication. You’ll work with a diverse mix of customers — homeowners, builders, masons, architects, and designers — while ensuring every order and interaction reflects our standard of excellence.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Visiting active and potential project sites to provide hands-on customer support.
  • Developing a comprehensive list of home builders, masons, and designers to target.
  • Conducting regular sales calls, site visits, and “Lunch & Learn” presentations.
  • Building a strong referral network to generate new leads and repeat business.
  • Managing your sales pipeline, quotes, and call schedule using CRM software.
  • Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Assisting with order management, logistics, and marketing events such as tradeshows and industry functions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of external sales experience, preferably in architectural or construction sales.
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • A polished, professional presence with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license (clean record) and passport for occasional cross-border travel.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales territories efficiently.
