Compensation
- $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do:
- Lay down clean welds (primarily steel; aluminum experience is a bonus)
- Fit, cut, and assemble components from detailed fabrication drawings
- Deliver high-quality marine structures—custom, precise, and built to last
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Help keep projects on time by working closely with your crew
- Follow all safety standards—we don’t cut corners
What You Bring:
- Level C Welding Certification (CWB Cert is a major asset)
- MIG and/or FCAW experience
- Bonus points for aluminum welding
- Blueprint-reading and strong fabrication skills
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Forklift and First Aid tickets? Great—tell us!
- Sharp attention to detail and a positive, team-first attitude
