Compensation

  • $30-$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural welding (stick, wire feed) in all positions
  • Tackle hands-on work in marine and land-based construction
  • Help build docks, drive piles, and operate gear—no one-trick ponies here
  • Read blueprints and project specs with precision
  • Rig for cranes, operate tools like chainsaws and grinders, and keep safety front and center
  • Travel and overtime? You’re up for it when duty calls

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of welding experience in construction or industrial settings
  • Proficiency in flat, vertical & overhead welding
  • Blueprint fluency and a team-first mindset
  • Physically fit, cool with heights/confined spaces, and thrive outdoors—rain or shine
  • Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
