Compensation
- $30-$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural welding (stick, wire feed) in all positions
- Tackle hands-on work in marine and land-based construction
- Help build docks, drive piles, and operate gear—no one-trick ponies here
- Read blueprints and project specs with precision
- Rig for cranes, operate tools like chainsaws and grinders, and keep safety front and center
- Travel and overtime? You’re up for it when duty calls
What You Bring
- 2+ years of welding experience in construction or industrial settings
- Proficiency in flat, vertical & overhead welding
- Blueprint fluency and a team-first mindset
- Physically fit, cool with heights/confined spaces, and thrive outdoors—rain or shine
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
