If you’re detail-driven, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you. As a Process Operator, you’ll play a critical role at the front end of production—turning Bills of Materials and CNC nests into precisely cut components that keep the shop moving.

Compensation
- $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), CNC nests, and work orders to identify material requirements.
- Operate CNC plasma cutting equipment as your primary responsibility.
- Operate bandsaws and other cutting equipment as needed.
- Safely retrieve, stage, and move materials using forklifts and Combi lifts.
- Accurately measure, mark, and label all cut parts.
- Load and organize parts onto carts in the correct sequence to support production flow.
- Deliver materials to the appropriate production bay or cell when requested.
- Inspect cut materials to ensure they are straight, square, and within tolerance.
- Monitor plasma and saw consumables, request replacements, and perform blade or consumable changes.
- Maintain clean, organized plasma tables, saw areas, material storage, and yard spaces.
- Communicate material shortages, quality issues, equipment concerns, and job progress to supervisors and teammates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
