Compensation
- $90,000 to $130,000 in total compensation (base and commission)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the sales department to hit and exceed corporate revenue goals
- Recruit, coach, and manage a dynamic team of sales representatives
- Analyze and elevate sales programs—your insights will shape our strategy
- Oversee contracts, pricing, customer relationships, and vendor partnerships
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales materials, presentations, and trade show content
- Maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key industry partners
- Develop distribution strategies, new business accounts, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Build incentive plans, training programs, and development pathways for your team
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and weekly/monthly performance reports
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a sales management role
- Deep knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales, distribution, and growth strategy
- Proven ability to re-engineer processes, develop strategies, and lead change
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management abilities
- Experience with incentive design, budgeting, and performance forecasting
- A track record of hitting targets—and helping others do the same
