Looking to get your hands dirty and be part of a tight-knit team? We’re on the hunt for a Shop Assistant to support our crew in the powder coating process. From sanding to shipping, you’ll be right in the action, using tools, equipment, and a good dose of teamwork to help keep things running smoothly.

Compensation

  • $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Helping with all powder coating procedures: paint prep, sanding, chemical dipping, and hanging pieces
  • Receiving, packaging, and shipping coated parts
  • Keeping the shop floor clean and organized
  • Doing minor maintenance and repair tasks
  • Cleaning and maintaining facilities and equipment
  • Afternoon shift: 1:30-9:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Tackling other tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years’ shop or general labor experience (preferred but not required)
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Independent worker who thrives in a busy environment
  • Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Clear communicator (verbal + written)
  • Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
  • Professional, tactful, and respectful in all situations
  • Basic computer skills
