Compensation
- $30-$45 per hour, depending on position, experience, and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Weld, cut, fit, and fabricate structural steel components to exact specifications
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Assemble components and perform layout work based on verbal and written instructions
- Ensure work meets industry and company quality standards
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
What You’ll Bring
- Journeyperson certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum Level C Welder competency
- Proficiency in FCAW and structural steel welding (CWB certified preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Team-oriented attitude with a safety-first mindset
- First Aid certification and forklift experience (assets, but not required)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality craftsmanship
