Compensation

  • $30-$45 per hour, depending on position, experience, and qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Weld, cut, fit, and fabricate structural steel components to exact specifications
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
  • Assemble components and perform layout work based on verbal and written instructions
  • Ensure work meets industry and company quality standards
  • Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Journeyperson certification or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum Level C Welder competency
  • Proficiency in FCAW and structural steel welding (CWB certified preferred)
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
  • Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Team-oriented attitude with a safety-first mindset
  • First Aid certification and forklift experience (assets, but not required)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality craftsmanship
