Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd., a division of The Hazelwood Group, is seeking for a full-time Journeyman Fabricator/Welder to join the team of hard-working, dedicated staff at its Duncan-based facility.

Compensation
- $30-$45 per hour, depending on position, experience, and qualifications
Summary
We are seeking new team members for our steel fabrication division. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a positive work environment. Our shop operates on a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Journeyman-level competency or equivalent
- Minimum Level C Competency
- Experience in welding, fitting, and fabricating
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- CWB Ticket (an asset)
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Team-oriented attitude
- First Aid Ticket (an asset)
- Forklift experience (an asset)
- Strong blueprint reading abilities for fabricators
- Experience in welding, fitting, and cutting from drawings
- CWB Certification (Experience with FCAW is an asset)
- Ability to fabricate and assemble components from blueprints and verbal communication
