We’re growing—and we’re looking for a skilled Carpenter or experienced Apprentice (minimum 3rd Year) to join our dynamic team on Vancouver Island.

Compensation

  • Journeyperson: $35–$37/hour (based on experience)
  • 4th-Year Apprentice: $31.50/hour
  • 3rd-Year Apprentice: $29.05/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Tackle hands-on work across concrete, steel, and wood frame construction
  • Read and interpret blueprints with precision
  • Execute layout, forming, framing, and envelope detailing
  • Install doors, windows, trim, stairs, decks, cabinets—you name it
  • Contribute to finishing, weatherproofing, and energy-efficient detailing
  • Maintain site safety and keep accurate daily records
  • Supervise and guide site helpers as needed

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice or equivalent field experience
  • Solid grasp of modern construction techniques, tools, and materials
  • Strong blueprint-reading, layout, and math skills
  • Clean driver’s license and strong work ethic
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and respect for others
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
