We’re currently seeking a Working Project Manager – Dock Fabrication to lead our crew in building world-class marine infrastructure. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong carpentry or marine construction experience who’s ready to step into leadership while still working shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew.

Compensation
- $32 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Lead the dock fabrication crew, including hiring and scheduling as needed
- Work hands-on alongside the crew to drive productivity and craftsmanship
- Oversee daily operations in the shop and on-site, maintaining workflow and safety
- Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
- Order materials and manage inventory levels for dock production
- Coordinate the smooth transition of fabricated docks to field installation teams
- Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to meet deadlines and design specs
- Promote a culture of high-quality work, problem-solving, and team accountability
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in dock fabrication, carpentry, or marine construction
- Comfortable leading crews and stepping into a working leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of marine construction methods and materials
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Points For:
- HDPE welding or fusion experience
- Timber framing background
- Familiarity with aluminum or steel fabrication
- Experience working in or around the marine construction industry
