As a Journeyman Welder, you’ll bring designs to life—whether it’s a custom prototype or a production-ready container system.

Compensation

  • $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Welding and fabricating from drawings, jigs, and fixtures
  • Building, repairing, and refurbishing products to spec
  • Working closely with the Design Department to improve processes
  • Using MIG, ARC, and TIG welding methods
  • Hitting production quotas while ensuring quality
  • Operating various hand tools, machines, and metalworking equipment
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Scanning in/out of work orders and staying organized on the floor

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid welding certifications: GMAW, SMAW (all positions)
  • Previous welding experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with maintenance and repair
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
  • A team player mindset with professionalism and adaptability
