Compensation
- $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Welding and fabricating from drawings, jigs, and fixtures
- Building, repairing, and refurbishing products to spec
- Working closely with the Design Department to improve processes
- Using MIG, ARC, and TIG welding methods
- Hitting production quotas while ensuring quality
- Operating various hand tools, machines, and metalworking equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Scanning in/out of work orders and staying organized on the floor
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid welding certifications: GMAW, SMAW (all positions)
- Previous welding experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with maintenance and repair
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- A team player mindset with professionalism and adaptability
