We are currently seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Class 3 or Class 1 Driver – Recycle, Front End & Roll Off Trucks to join our team in Whistler.

Compensation

$35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate Front-End Load, Side Load, and Roll Off trucks and related equipment
  • Ensure proper loading, unloading, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maneuver trucks safely in tight spaces and residential/commercial areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Follow all company safety policies and provincial transportation regulations
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation

What You Bring

  • Valid Class 3 or Class 1 BC Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement
  • Clean driver’s abstract
  • Experience operating front-end, side-load, or roll-off trucks (preferred)
  • Strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving heavy equipment
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
