Do you thrive in fast-paced construction environments and love keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting Project Managers and driving project success from planning to closeout.
This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of coordination, communication, and execution.

Compensation
- $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Keep projects moving—track progress and create clear, actionable status reports.
- Coordinate resources so the team has the tools they need, when they need them.
- Schedule and run stakeholder meetings while ensuring transparent communication.
- Own document control: correspondence, submittals, RFIs, subcontract onboarding, meeting minutes.
- Support health & safety compliance on site.
- Assist with building permit submissions, occupancy permits, and project closeout (manuals, final reports, schedules, warranty).
- Help onboard and train new team members on systems and processes.
- Provide warranty support and assist management with marketing and process development.
What You’ll Bring
- Post-secondary education in a related field plus 3+ years of project coordination experience.
- Proven skills in project execution, resource scheduling, and online project management tools.
- A talent for building strong relationships across all levels, running meetings, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities—plus the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive, responsive, and results-driven mindset.
